JOB SUMMARY

CSU Global is seeking a Third Party Billing Specialist I who will ensure that accurate and timely invoices are  processed for third party and direct bill students as well as provide operational support to the invoicing processes that supports CSU Global’s portfolio of partnerships.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Review and process Tuition Deferment Agreement eForms and Tuition Deferment Agreement Support Documentation
  • Review Letter of Credits and set up Invoicing activities and update student account with invoicing information
  • Assist with, reviewing and processing student invoices and working with assigned third party student populations to ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Responsible for all processes associated with assigned third party partners
  • Daily review of invoicing requests requests
      • Ensure scholarships are established and configured in alignment with agreement
      • Complete invoicing process
      • Serve as point of contact (POC) for assigned third party partners
  • Monitor and respond to student and partner inquiries sent to the invoicing email Inbox within 24 hours
  • Respond to student and team inquiries via chat, email, phone or CNS activities regarding billing and invoicing issues within 24 hours
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited or college university required
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with student ledgers, stipends, student account, invoicing and billing preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel, and talk or hear.
● The employee is occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms.
● Ability to spend long durations of the workday in front of a computer monitor.
● Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
● The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

 

TOTAL COMPENSATION

CSU Global offers employer contributions to medical, dental, group life, AD&D coverage, Wellness benefit and training & development opportunities. Salary: $43,000 - $45,000 annually
