Associate Enrollment Counselors are responsible for advising students on admissions and degree completion requirements, as well as enrolling students into the university's graduate, undergraduate and certificate programs. Associate Enrollment Counselors provide information and service to help potential students determine if CSU Global is a university that meets their educational and personal needs. Based on business needs, you may have the potential to work remotely. Candidates located outside of a 20 mile radius may be considered for full-time remote work.
Job Duties/Performance Objectives:
• Heavy outbound calls in a contact center environment
• Prospect for and enroll students into the University programs, exercising discretion within processes and guidelines
• Consult and prepare students to start class

Experience & Education Requirements:
• Two years of career experience in enrollment/admissions or social work, counseling, call center environment, sales, or customer service
• Some college credits (successful candidate must be willing to pursue a Bachelor’s degree if selected
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

The starting salary is: $36,400+ DOE
